Education & Certification Requirements
Degree in:
- Accounting & Finance
- Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
- Business Administration (MBA - Finance)
- Economics or related fields
Professional Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
CA (Chartered Accountant)
CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, reports, and audits.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor cash flows and financial projections.
Taxation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global tax laws and financial regulations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Track transactions, invoices, and vendor payments.
Auditing & Risk Assessment: Perform internal/external audits and maintain compliance.
Payroll & Expense Management: Supervise salary processing, expense controls, and reconciliations.
ERP & Financial Software Management: Work with SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle Financials, and Tally.
