Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to lead governance and reporting excellence within our Facilities Management Directorate.
This pivotal role will provide leadership and direction to ensure high-quality governance, financial monitoring, and reporting across our infrastructure project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction to ensure high-quality governance, financial monitoring, and reporting across our infrastructure project portfolio.
* Drive continuous improvement in administrative and reporting processes to support successful project delivery.
* Work closely with Project Managers and report to the Associate Director.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires proven management experience with ability to lead, supervise and develop a high-performing team that supports project administration, procurement and financial management deliverables.
A strong understanding of the full project lifecycle in complex infrastructure or capital works, with expertise in project management frameworks, governance, and compliance is essential.
Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare tender recommendations, submissions, reports, and briefing papers are required.
Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a complex environment are necessary.
Completion (or current enrolment) of postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience; or significant management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
