**Boutique Manager**
We require a driven, very experienced, organised and positive personality.This role includes managing the retail team, and working in partnership with the director to maximise overall store performance.You will be leading and developing team members to perform in all areas of customer service, creating a collaborative and driven work environment which is committed to achieving the company objectives.Must love fashion, clients and find true happiness from being surrounded by beautiful clothes.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
Uphold and promote all policies and procedures,
Manage all Melbourne retail employees
Manage store roster
Oversee customer relations and VIP management.
Active steps are taken to maintain and improve staff performance and morale
Follow guidelines for visual display, merchandise placement and floor layout to maximize sales, ensure safety and minimize shrinkage.
Ensure adherence to all national Workplace Health
Stock control management
Ensures that all back of house activities are undertaken efficiently, in particular: communication, inventory management and space efficiency in order for stores to perform at their best capacity.
Manage all expenditure (such as shipping) in line with company expectation and budgets.
Inventory management
**Customer Service/Experience**
Lead by example in customer service & demonstrate our customer experience as a business priority.
Drive customer loyalty and repeat business
Build client relationships and expand our VIP database
Customer Service will be required through multiple channels
Obtaining a high level of understanding of all product offerings
Continually develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships
Maintain an exceptional standard of customer service in line with company standards
**Store Management**
Ensure the store visual merchandise is up to the standard and the floor has sufficient stock
The store is neat, tidy and presentable at all time
The brand image is maintained at all time
**Ecommerce**
Assist with accurately managing the picking and handling of all allocated orders across online orders
Order management
**Stock Management**
Ensure store stock volumes are accurate at all times
Complete stock takes as requested
Stock Inventory
Dispatching and keeping up with online orders
Pricing
Staff Management
Manage all retail team members
Manage, mentor and train all retails team members
