Our portfolio illustrates a diverse range of projects, from expansive warehouses and education buildings to vital emergency services. We energise multi-tenant commercial hubs, and dynamic sporting venues with our electrical solutions. Our prowess extends to optimising our client's distribution and logistical centres, preserving freshness in cold stores, and powering the daily operations of office buildings and service stations.
Due to recently awarded large projects up to the value of $10 million, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team on a project in Caboolture.
Who we are looking for?
* Accountable management of the project's entire electrical installation, from the design through to the construction;
* Is a strategic business partner who encourages the valuable contributions of others and works to both recognise and reward the team.
* Improves processes and the overall approach where necessary or finds essential solutions for design and construct to ensure the project continuously moves forward within budget.
* Lead role in executing, monitoring, controlling, and timely closing of projects.
* Create project reviews and monthly reports for the executive team.
* Manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Lead by example whilst supporting and mentoring staff.
Qualifications & experience
Coupled with your previous Design & Construct project management experience, the ideal candidate will hold the following:
* Able to read and understand complex electrical and construction drawings
* Sound computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Simpro would be an advantage).
* A strong understanding and working knowledge of all Australian Electrical Standards, OH&S, Environmental Management and Quality Systems.
* QLD electrical workers licence
* Driver's licence
* EWP Licence
* LVR/CPR Certificate
* Minimum of 3 years Electrical Project Management experience preferred
