Job Title: Supply Chain Leader
The key role of the Supply Chain Leader will be to spearhead all strategy, technology and people leadership functions of the Supply Chain team.
This includes driving high performance within the team, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead all strategy, technology and people leadership functions of the Supply Chain team.
* Drive high performance within the team, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and growth.
* Reporting to a senior executive, you will be accountable for shaping and executing the supply chain strategy working closely in collaboration with both the supply chain and digital divisions to advise, influence, plan and execute strategic objectives.
* Accountable for all IT operations, service management, application support, system engineering, business continuity, cost management, and compliance functions for the technologies under management of the platform.
Requirements:
* A strong track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing technology teams.
* Proven experience in developing and executing technology strategies aligned with business goals, as well as the ability to influence senior leadership and contribute to divisional level decision-making.
* Demonstrated change management leadership experience as part of digital transformation or system modernisation initiatives.
* Experience in managing cross-functional IT and digital teams, including engineering, development, testing, infrastructure and architecture.
* Strong technical background in IT engineering/software, infrastructure or architecture.
This role offers the flexibility to work from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne with a hybrid work model.
