They offer flexible, hybrid working conditions and an adult environment. This role may be Sydney or Melbourne based. Hybrid working, 2 days required on site per week (Thursday anchor day).

**The Role**

This is a specialist support role, across the current suite of HR / People systems. You will lead and develop the People Systems plan in line with the holistic people plan, additional people strategies and events.

In addition, you will be involved in;
- Definition, driving design and implementation of new system functionality and modules
- Development, documentation and lead of HR Systems management plans and

documentation including system schedule, change requests, environment

management, data management, security management, business requirements, upgrades and enhancements/patches, post go live support, testing strategy, issues and defects register and configuration guides
- Consultation, response, tracking and resolving issues and escalations in partnership with vendors and IT stakeholders as senior point of contact for People Systems

**About You**

Ideally you will have;
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience of HRIS implementations, and systems administration (ideally)
- Ability to effectively collaborate with other business areas, planning, managing and executing on a project of work
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical requirements into easy to digest information
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Tertiary HR (or similar) qualification
- Strong analytical, investigative skills and attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment, maintaining confidentiality and security of data along the way with changing deadlines
