About the Role
The Maintenance Officer plays an essential role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of the physical environment within the Arcare facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Facility Maintenance – Oversee and perform regular maintenance tasks, including inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and handling general repairs to keep the building in good working condition.
* Safety and Compliance – Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
* Equipment Maintenance – Maintain and repair equipment used in the facility or outsource to external companies.

* Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn.
* Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
* Friendly and effective communication abilities.
* Must have Australian Working Rights and a NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to obtain).
