About the Role
We're looking for an organised and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Family Store's warehouse.
* Key responsibilities include overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the store is always stocked and ready for customers.
* Sorting, preparing, and rotating donations for maximum saleability.
* Maintaining a clean, well-organised, and efficient warehouse space.
* Ensuring all donations are processed and distributed to stores promptly.
* Monitoring and managing inventory levels to optimise stock flow.
* Presentation of furniture and other items in a way that enhances their appeal.
* Collaboration with volunteers and supporting them in their roles.
* Reporting any issues to Store manager in a timely manner.
* Contributing to increased sales through effective stock handling and presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Highly organised and motivated individual with excellent leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
