The Role
PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Agent to join our team on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will assist guests with reservations, provide accurate information about our property and services, and ensure a smooth booking experience. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hospitality, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Talent Profile
* Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Accurately process bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the reservation system.
* Provide guests with information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenities.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, seasonal offers, and hotel policies.
* Ensure all guest details are recorded correctly and confidentially.
* Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Ideally, The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (training provided).
* Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
* Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
* Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS)
* A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
This role will include weekends and public holidays.
