Sydney based Big 4 Bank is seeking a Program Director for a Financial Crime Transformation program.The Financial Crime Transformation program will transform the way the bank manages financial crime risk to meet recent challenges in an ever-changing landscape.
The program will include contemporary technology (including AI) and improve processes, operating models, ways of working and data solutions to swiftly mitigate significant financial crime risks.Role: Program Director for a multi-year Financial Crime Operations Transformation Program.Scope: End-to-end transformation across technology, operations, and people (e.g. workflow automation, AI, new operating model, people capability uplift).
Investment: $50m+ over multiple years, delivering significant hard benefitsOutcomes: Efficiency, improved risk management, reduced operational risk, enhanced regulatory reporting, and uplifted intelligenceDelivery: Agile execution via 5–7 scrum teamsLeadership: Drives transformation agenda, mobilises teams, influences across the organisation, brings people on the journey and leads strategic deliveryPeople: Embeds current ways of working and leads organisational changeDecisions: Significant technology and solution architecture decisions openThe right person will ideally have sound experience with operational transformation that is supported by technology – people, process and technology change – ideally this will be within Financial Crime.The role will be either a 2 year fixed term contract with the view to extend to permanent or they may consider permanent for the right candidate.Paying circa $240 - $250K + super + generous bonus.
