We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable outdoor maintenance professional to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position with variety, involving general maintenance, small repairs, grounds work, and other outdoor tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment and facilities.
* Maintaining outdoor areas, including mowing, gardening, and upkeep of landscaping features.
* Ensuring outdoor spaces are clean and tidy at all times.
* Providing support for small projects and special events as needed.
* Utilizing basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
* Reporting any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a related role, such as handyman or groundskeeper, is preferred but not essential.
* Confidence in using basic hand and power tools, as well as safety equipment.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be comfortable being physically active.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to pitch in when needed.
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to obtain a White Card if necessary.
