What's the Role?

We're not looking for someone to 'manage HubSpot.' We're looking for someone to OWN IT.

This is a mid to senior role for someone who can take full ownership of HubSpot across marketing, sales and reporting, and help us scale it properly as the business grows.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you'll partner closely with sales to improve CRM adoption, funnel performance and the end-to-end customer experience.

You'll be the person who keeps the CRM clean, smart, and genuinely useful. The kind of setup where sales actually logs activity, marketing can segment properly, and reporting doesn't require a small prayer and a spreadsheet.

What you'll do

Own HubSpot end-to-end

* Own and manage HubSpot across marketing, sales and reporting
* Act as the single owner of the CRM, responsible for structure, governance, scalability and best practice
* Ensure HubSpot remains the single source of truth for customer data and performance
* Confidently lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions and stakeholder alignment sessions.
* Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Build and optimise the full funnel customer journey

* Design and optimise full-funnel journeys from lead through to booked client, onboarding and retention
* Build and manage automation, workflows, sequences and lifecycle stage transitions
* Improve conversion rates by identifying funnel friction, drop-off points and handover issues

Own the sales CRM environment

* Own pipelines, lifecycle stages, processes and adoption
* Partner closely with sales to improve CRM usage, data hygiene and funnel performance
* Create simple systems that sales teams actually want to use
* Design and deliver CRM training sessions, onboarding programs, and solution walkthroughs for internal teams

Own reporting, dashboards and insights

* Build and maintain reporting across marketing and sales performance
* Create dashboards that are clear, trusted and actionable
* Analyse funnel performance and continuously optimise conversion and customer experience

Retargeting and paid media integration

* Own retargeting, audience management and paid media integration within HubSpot
* Support segmentation and audience logic so campaigns get smarter over time

You must have

* Proven experience owning a CRM platform day-to-day
* A strong understanding of the end-to-end customer journey (full funnel, not just marketing)
* Experience building automation, workflows, lead routing and lifecycle stage frameworks
* Confidence working closely with sales teams to improve adoption and process consistency
* Strong reporting skills and the ability to turn insights into action
* A love of clean data, smart structure, and scalable systems
* Minimum 3+ years experience in a CRM, marketing automation or HubSpot specific role.

HubSpot experience is a strong nice-to-have, but not mandatory if you have a deep CRM experience and can learn quickly.
