Location: NSW Regional (Yass, Goulburn, Wagga Wagga & Snowy Monaro)
Role: Breakfast Chef
This role will involve:
• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals, ensuring consistency and excellence. Be a part of a team that cares about the dish.
•Influence menu design, share creativity and strengths.
•Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
•Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP protocols.
What we are looking for:
•Chef qualifications (minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery)
•Experience in producing bulk style breakfast and crib menu
•Competent in dessert production
•Australian Citizen or Full working rights in Australia
•Current Full Driver's License
•Construction White Card
•Food Safety & Food Allergen Training- Essential
•Current National Police Check (within the last 3 months)
•First Aid/CPR (preferred)
•Effective communication skills at all levels, both client-facing and internal
