About the role
We are seeking Support Workers to join our dynamic team at Gleam Team Domestic Services'. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing Spring cleaning & Window cleaning to our aged clients in the Adelaide area. We are seeking applicants happy to travel to various areas of Adelaide, including Southern Suburbs and Northern suburbs.
This is an important position that contributes to the wellbeing and independence of our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with Spring cleaning & Window cleaning services, including dusting, removing curtains, oven cleaning, dusting exhaust fans, etc. Workers will need to be confident using a stepladder to reach high areas. (equipment will be provided)
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client services
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar aged care or cleaning role, preferably within the community services industry (preferred, but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
A current National Police Clearance & WWCC or willing to obtain
