Role: Diploma Qualified Assistant Director
Location: Rosanna, Melbourne, VICTORIA
Centre: Goodstart Rosanna – Bellevue Ave
Employment Type: Full Time – 38 hours per week – 12 months Contract until 14th May 2027 with possibility of extension
Pay: $42.38ph – $43.60ph + Assistant Directors Allowance

In This Role, You Will
* Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
* Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
