Our Government client is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to provide high-level project coordination and executive support to drive HR reform and organisational change initiatives. About the Role This role provides project coordination and executive support for HR reform initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment. You will manage project tracking and reporting, support governance and stakeholder engagement, and deliver high-quality administrative and communication support to senior leadership. Key Accountabilities Coordinate HR and organisational change projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks and issues. Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director and senior leadership, including calendar, correspondence, and meeting management. Prepare governance, briefing, meeting, and communication materials for committees and leadership forums. Manage stakeholder engagement, act as a key point of contact, and coordinate meetings and communications to support initiatives. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation, and coordinate logistics for workshops, meetings, and stakeholder activities. Essential Skills & Experience Strong project coordination and administration experience in HR or organisational change. Proven experience providing executive support at senior leadership level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
