Key Responsibilities
As a Director, you will be responsible for:

* Accounting, audit, governance, strategic growth.
* Fundraising, philanthropy, corporate partnerships, major donor engagement.
Operational Sub-Advisory Groups
We invite expressions of interest from experienced professionals to join our Operational Sub-Advisory Groups, providing guidance on specialised areas of our work.
* Finance, accounting, governance, risk management.
* Human resources, organisational development, workforce change.
* Digital strategy, technology innovation, data privacy, product development.
* Business strategy, innovation, sustainable practices.
* Strong community connections, lived experience of hearing loss or disability.
* Fundraising, philanthropy, corporate partnerships.
