Role Description
This is a casual, contract-based role for a Psychologist or Behaviour Support Practitioner servicing the Greater Brisbane area, with flexible hybrid arrangements including mobile, telehealth, and work-from-home options. The role involves delivering ethical, evidence-based supports to NDIS participants across the lifespan, developing individualised intervention plans aligned with participant goals, and providing meaningful, practical therapeutic input that supports everyday functioning. Clinicians will work collaboratively with participants, families, and other stakeholders, maintain accurate and compliant documentation, and engage in regular supervision and mentoring to support ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology with current registration as a Psychologist (provisional, general, or endorsed) or eligibility as a Behaviour Support Practitioner (core, proficient, or advanced)
* Experience working with NDIS participants across the lifespan, using a respectful, client-centred, and strengths-based approach
* Strong skills in assessment, formulation, intervention planning, and goal-aligned support delivery
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with participants, families, and key stakeholders
* Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and neuro-affirmative practice
* Relevant additional training, endorsements, or specialist experience (e.g., behaviour support, complex needs, trauma-informed practice) will be highly regarded
