Company Description

ATP Psychology is dedicated to providing a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment for NDIS participants across the lifespan. We work with individuals with diverse needs and presentations, using a non-judgemental, neuro-affirmative, and strengths-based approach. Our focus is on delivering practical, meaningful interventions that can be integrated into everyday life, supporting participants to build skills, independence, and wellbeing in ways that are aligned with their goals. Therapy is collaborative, engaging, and tailored, ensuring each participant feels understood, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.

Role Description

This is a casual, contract-based role for a Psychologist or Behaviour Support Practitioner servicing the Greater Brisbane area, with flexible hybrid arrangements including mobile, telehealth, and work-from-home options. The role involves delivering ethical, evidence-based supports to NDIS participants across the lifespan, developing individualised intervention plans aligned with participant goals, and providing meaningful, practical therapeutic input that supports everyday functioning. Clinicians will work collaboratively with participants, families, and other stakeholders, maintain accurate and compliant documentation, and engage in regular supervision and mentoring to support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

* Experience working with NDIS participants across the lifespan, using a respectful, client-centred, and strengths-based approach
* Strong skills in assessment, formulation, intervention planning, and goal-aligned support delivery
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with participants, families, and key stakeholders
* Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and neuro-affirmative practice
* Relevant additional training, endorsements, or specialist experience (e.g., behaviour support, complex needs, trauma-informed practice) will be highly regarded

What you'll get in return

* Attractive contractor rates ranging from $100–$150 per hour, depending on experience, registration, and role
* Flexible days and hours, with the ability to tailor work around family, study, or other professional commitments
* Casual contract arrangements with realistic and sustainable caseloads
* Regular clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional support
* Opportunity to grow with a clinic expanding into Brisbane, with scope for skill development and progression
