About the Role

We are seeking an individual to coordinate end-to-end site mobilisations for shutdown crews.

* Manage and schedule casual shutdown workers (Riggers, Crane Operators, HSE Advisors, Truck Drivers)
* Ensure compliance by booking, verifying, and maintaining tickets and certifications
* Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding
* Handle rostering changes and communicate updates promptly
* Maintain accurate data and correspondence using internal systems
* Provide weekend and after-hours coverage when required
* Deliver outstanding service to stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience managing rosters, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate shutdown crew mobilisation processes
2. Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies
3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
5. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements


Requirements

* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience in scheduling and roster management
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
