Step into a leadership role in Darwin, NT, where lifestyle meets opportunity. This well-established pharmacy within a busy shopping centre is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to lead a capable team and drive service delivery in a supportive and community-focused environment. The Role:
As Pharmacist Manager, you'll take charge of day-to-day operations while working alongside a dedicated team including another Pharmacist, an Intern, and experienced Dispensary Technicians. You'll also lead the Vaccination Clinic and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage dispensary operations and workflow.
* Provide clinical support and vaccinations.
* Mentor and support team members.
* Participate in weekend and evening shifts on a rotating basis.
What You'll Bring:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
* Previous experience in pharmacy management (preferred).
* Vaccination accreditation.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
Roster & Remuneration:
* 38 hours/week with flexible scheduling.
* $55/hour + (Neg) + superannuation.
* Additional weekend and evening penalty rates.
