As Veterinary Director, you'll: Lead a high-performing, collaborative emergency team Mentor and support vets and nurses in a positive, learning-driven culture Work alongside the Practice Manager on operational decisions Work with the Area Manager and Regional Clinical Director to achieve and maintain a high clinical standard ?? Contribute to the ongoing success and strategic direction of ARH Wollongong What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in emergency medicine (ECC experience essential) ECC Memberships highly regarded but not essential A passion for team leadership and mentorship Strong communication, organisation, and decision-making skills A compassionate, patient-first approach What’s In It for You?
