Main Purpose
The primary goal of this role is to support the development and growth of profitable new business opportunities within the Project Management Vertical.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive new business development for the Project Management Vertical.
2. Identify and segment potential market opportunities.
3. Generate revenue through new account development and key account management.
4. Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
5. Develop relevant business proposals and present them to potential clients.
6. Prepare and submit commercial proposals that meet client expectations.
7. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ENSURE TIMELY SUBMISSIONS OF PROPOSALS.
8. Review and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) in a timely and professional manner.
9. Provide regular feedback on potential clients to Management & Stakeholders.
Accountabilities
1. Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's vision and strategy.
2. Support management and decision-making processes to maximize profitability.
3. Assist in developing, reviewing, and reporting on business development activities.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with the PMC team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Graduate or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
* Experience working with established firms of similar nature.
* Technical knowledge of PMC / Turnkey processes.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Development.
