Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Rimfire Energy, you'll be the frontline connection between our customers and our business. You'll support customers across billing, account enquiries, transfers, metering, and general energy questions, while working closely with our operations and sales teams.
This is not a script-reading call centre role. You'll be trusted to understand customer needs, solve problems end-to-end, and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
Handling inbound calls and emails from residential, SME and commercial customers
Managing account enquiries including billing, usage, payments, moves and changes
Liaising with internal teams, metering providers and distributors
Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Maintaining accurate customer records and notes
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
Supporting sales and onboarding teams where required
Essential
* Experience in customer service (utilities, telco, finance, or B2B highly regarded)
* Strong communication skills and phone manner
* High attention to detail and strong computer skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer priorities
* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
Desirable
* Experience in electricity, solar, utilities, or energy retail
* CRM or billing system experience
* Understanding of SME or commercial customers
* Northern Territory market familiarity
