Defence Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a Defence Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This role involves identifying top talent across Defence, Engineering and ICT sectors.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, recruitment or project support, as well as a passion for Defence and the technical world.
This is an exciting opportunity for ex-ADF personnel who wish to remain involved in the Defence sector, or those looking to transition into a new career path.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identifying and sourcing high-calibre candidates nationally for Defence, ICT and Engineering projects
2. Developing a network of Defence professionals and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
3. Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities for Defence talent acquisition
4. Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
5. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
Requirements
* Relevant experience in sales, recruitment or project support
* Strong knowledge of the Defence sector and its key players
