About the role
This role provides Infrabuild specialist technical capability for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Infrabuild's SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Systems and related application interfaces.
The role will also play an integral part in expanding the current SAP footprint across Infrabuild businesses, aiming for consistent and aligned enterprise systems and processes, including future continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Day-to-day system support within specialist and associated functional components of SAP – resolution of issues, user training and education, analysis of new functionality requests, performance monitoring
2. Assess, document, and communicate change implications.
3. Coordinating and assisting with general project tasks, including providing assistance to SAP EWM key users for training, documentation, process review and design, data cleansing, and cutover tasks
4. Provide guidance, training, and documented support procedures to primary support and other SAP Sales & Logistics team members to ensure service standards are maintained during leave absences
5. Coordinate and contribute to the development, documentation, and execution of functional unit and integrated test scenarios. Assist with user acceptance testing as appropriate.
About your experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualification in a business or technology-related field
* 5+ years of technical subject matter experience supporting and delivering SAP EWM projects
* Experience in EWM 2021 and integration into QM and TM modules is highly regarded
* Experience in SAP SD, TMS, MM, or other functional modules
* Advanced skills in design, implementation, maintenance, administration, and support of SAP EWM
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
