Summary: As an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) at Kawana Shoppingworld, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of our retail store. Your leadership will help drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the store runs efficiently. Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff management. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve store targets. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently by all team members. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management and replenishment. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance their performance and career development. Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards to promote products effectively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Prepare reports on sales performance and operational metrics for management review. Qualifications: Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
