We're now looking for hungry, confident High Ticket Setters to join our high-performing call centre team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, sparking interest, qualifying enquiries, and booking appointments for our Sales Consultants. You'll play a direct role in driving revenue and growth for the business.
This is a remote, commission-only opportunity, backed by full access to our systems, training, leadership support, and office facilities whenever needed.
What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to marketing-qualified leads from our CRM
Building rapport and genuinely understanding each client's goals, needs, and motivations
Confidently discussing our property projects and the Australian property market at a high level
Handling initial questions and objections with clarity and professionalism
Educating prospective clients and guiding them toward the next step
Booking qualified appointments with our Sales Consultants
Accurately logging call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
What We're Looking For
Strong interest or passion for the Australian property market
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, or similar phone-based role
Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
Professional phone manner and strong objection-handling ability
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
Resilient mindset with a hunger to earn uncapped commissions
