About the Role: The People and Culture Coordinator supports the effective delivery of day-to-day core people and culture activities at Energy Safe. Working as part of the broader People and Culture team, this role provides coordination, administrative and operational support across key stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring people processes are delivered in a timely, accurate and consistent manner. The P&C Coordinator acts as a first point of contact for routine people enquiries, providing clear and consistent information, and playing a key role to foster a positive employee experience and the overall effectiveness of the People & Culture division. You will contribute by: * Assist with recruitment administration including advertising, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks. * Prepare employment onboarding and offboarding documentation (via HROnBoard) and co-ordinate all associated activities. * Manage the P&C Inbox and respond to general P&C enquiries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner. * Support compliance activities such as First Aid training, police checks and maintain relevant compliance registers. * Administer Energy Safe uniform and personal protective equipment contract and ordering portal. * Assist in delivering staff engagement initiatives, events and recognition programs as directed. * Support the WHS Business partner with health and safety activities and programs including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Committee meetings and health and wellbeing events. * Assist with procurement management and expenditure requests * Administer HR Onboard and identify and recommend process improvements * Assist with HR projects and system upgrades * Other relevant duties as required. To be successful, you'll have: * Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field and/or relevant experience in a similar role * Demonstrated experience in an HR administration role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships. * High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * High level computer literacy including a sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and Content Manager. * Experience using HR onboarding systems and payroll or Human Resource Information System (HRIS). * Familiarity with Victorian Public Sector frameworks or prior experience working in the public sector (Desired).
