About the opportunity The Learning and Development Coordinator supports the end‑to‑end delivery of learning and development programs by providing coordination, project support, and administrative expertise across the L&D function. You will contribute by: Coordinate the planning, scheduling, logistics, and administration of learning programs, workshops, and events, including venue bookings, participant communications, attendance tracking, and calendar management. Support the end‑to‑end delivery of learning initiatives by maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and escalating risks to the Learning and Development Manager. Develop and maintain engaging, accessible learning materials using instructional design principles, including facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, and e‑learning content aligned to capability needs. Coordinate and support induction, onboarding, compliance, and professional development programs in collaboration with subject matter experts and external providers. Liaise with facilitators and vendors to confirm delivery arrangements, manage procurement and contracts, and ensure quality service delivery. Maintain accurate LMS records, prepare reports, analyse feedback and completion data, and contribute to continuous improvement and stakeholder communications. To be successful, you'll have: Relevant experience in learning and development, HR, or training coordination, with an understanding of L&D functions in an organisational context. The ability to coordinate learning programs end‑to‑end, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and post‑program administration across multiple initiatives. Working knowledge of instructional design principles and experience contributing to learning materials or e‑learning content. Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, track deliverables, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in LMS administration and the Microsoft Office suite, with strong attention to data accuracy and reporting. Clear written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with facilitators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
