Role-based in clinic, schools & community, with work-from-home days available.

Salary
Salary range $80,000-95,000
Key Duties
Conduct assessments to understand each child's strengths and needs.
Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans to support functional goals across home, school, and community settings.
Work with children presenting with a range of needs including sensory.
Provide direct therapy sessions in our clinics and local school environments.
Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a consistent, goal-focused approach.
Offer practical strategies and environmental supports to promote participation in everyday activities.
Support capacity building through parent coaching, teacher consultation, and workshops as needed.
Yourexperience
Working with a diverse paediatric caseload (early intervention through to school-based settings).
Working in a school-based setting and engaging with teaching staff.
Nice to Have Criteria
Good understanding of what aspects of work fill your bucket.
Must have
Are you a member of OT Australia?
Do you have a Working with Children Check?
Preferred Qualifications
Do you have a valid driving license?
