We are looking for high-performing and experienced Solar Sales Representatives to join our wholesale division, selling solar batteries and materials to solar retailers and installers across Australia (including NSW, Victoria, South Australia, QLD and Western Australia). This role is ideal for a motivated and commercially minded professional who understands the solar supply chain and can confidently manage and grow relationships with retailers and installation partners.

Your Role
As a key member of our sales team, your focus will be on building and managing strong B2B relationships with solar retailers, installation companies, and other resellers. You’ll be supported by a friendly and experienced team, with access to leading solar brands and a growing customer base.
This role offers a highly competitive base salary and attractive commission structure aligned with performance outcomes ($100k + commission)
What You’ll Do
- Sell a wide range of solar products including solar batteries to retailers and installer
- Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale B2B clients
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Provide technical product advice and support to customers
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams
- Stay informed on solar industry trends and product developments
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar wholesale sales (essential)
- Strong knowledge of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries, etc.)
- Existing relationships in the solar retail or installation industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
