We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Assistant Director (2IC) / Educational Leader to join our Mount Hutton team. This is an exciting opportunity to support our Centre Director and lead a team of educators who share your passion for high-quality early education.

About the Role
In This Leadership Role, You'll
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to educators through collaboration and support
* Assist educators to effectively implement the planning cycle and enhance educational practices
* Lead and develop innovative and engaging educational programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Foster a culture of respectful communication and professional excellence within the team
* Support the Centre Director in maintaining compliance, quality standards, and operational success
About You
To Thrive In This Role, You'll Have
* ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree
* Previous experience in a leadership or 2IC/Educational Leader role (highly regarded)
* Current Working with Children Check
* Comprehensive knowledge of EYLF and NQS
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer literacy
* Current approved First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
