Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Brunel GmbH as a Compliance and Risk Management Specialist. This role is responsible for building up the Group's legal and compliance risk management system, policy, and platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proposing annual and quarterly internal audit schemes and implementing audit tasks by plan. They will lead a team to collect audit evidence, prepare audit materials, and complete audit reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify weaknesses and risks in each business unit to improve corporate management systems and enhance operational efficiency.
* Regularly supervise, evaluate, and analyze operation efficiency and propose process optimization strategies.
* Develop organizational risk response measures and corresponding risk lists through risk rating.
* Rectify problems identified in the audit process and monitor improvement in departments.
* Improve the legal risk management of the group and provide constructive suggestions.
* Monitor legal risks of domestic and overseas business and develop solutions to ensure business compliance.
Requirements:
