* Have recency of practice in acute or sub-acute care contexts.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
* Be teachable and have a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
* Enjoy the challenge of working flexibly within a team environment.
* Possess a strong understanding and background of patient-centered care.
* Ability to maintain a high level of communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
* Well-developed time management and prioritization skills.
