Moerk Water is looking for a Pipe Fitter/Mechanical Fitter to join our growing team and support the manufacturing and production of sustainable and off-grid water treatment systems across a wide range of Industrial, humanitarian and municipal projects.

You will play a key role in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of high-quality water treatment plants.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and fabricate water and wastewater treatment systems with precision and attention to detail
Read and interpret engineering drawings to complete projects to high standards
Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards
Work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Maintain a safe and organised work environment
Communicate professionally with colleagues, management, and clients
Candidate Requirements
Trade qualification in mechanical fitting or plumbing (or equivalent)
Hands-on experience in uPVC piping, mechanical assembly, or fabrication
Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including workshop machinery
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
A commitment to safety and following strict guidelines
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 – $65 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
