About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience across TypeScript, NodeJS, and React. This mid-level, hands-on role involves working closely with a Senior Engineering Manager and Technical Lead to design and deliver modern solutions across both product and platform. You will contribute directly to development each sprint, while also supporting standards in architecture, code quality, documentation, testing, and application performance. This role also includes mentoring junior and offshore developers. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality development work each sprint as a hands-on contributor. Architect solutions that are automated, performant, secure, and cost-effective. Mentor junior/offshore developers on architecture, coding standards, and performance. Ensure coding conventions, peer review guidelines, and test coverage practices are followed. Participate in backlog refinement, feasibility discussions, and risk assessment. Build and run Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate complex requirements. Identify and implement improvements to performance, cost, quality, and security. Required Skills & Experience 6 years of hands-on full stack development with TypeScript, NodeJS, and React. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Experience building and maintaining applications on AWS, GCP, or another major cloud provider. Solid understanding of DevOps practices including automation, CI/CD, and observability. Strong understanding of Agile practices and ceremonies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience mentoring developers at various levels. Background building secure, available, and scalable high-traffic systems. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Nice to Have Experience improving front-end performance using Lighthouse, Web Vitals, or similar tools. Experience monitoring API performance using tools such as CloudWatch. Experience with Serverless or SST frameworks for API and application builds. Experience using ORMs such as Sequelize or Prisma. Why This Opportunity?
