Job Description The Student and Academic Services Officer is responsible for providing high quality customer service and administrative support within the College/Campus across a broad range of academic and administrative functions. The Student and Academic Services Officer is the first contact point at the campus for students and staff and plays a crucial role in welcoming and supporting them. This role supports both SIBT and Western Sydney University Sydney City Campus students. Please note this is a full time 12 month fixed-term contract position based at our Sydney City campus near Hyde Park.
