Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Scheduler & Administration Team Member to join our on-site team in Toowoomba, QLD. The role involves scheduling works both urgent reactive as well as scheduling projects, due to the reactive nature of our industry there are times when adapting to urgent breakdowns requires composure and effective relocation of skills and capabilities to managing workflow, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, and maintaining communication with clients and team members. You will also perform administrative tasks such as handling emails, maintaining records, and assisting with other day-to-day office operations to support smooth and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
Proficiency in scheduling, time management, and managing workflows to ensure timely service deliveryStrong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and external stakeholdersBasic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling softwareAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyPrior experience in administration, customer service, or office management is preferredKnowledge of the electrical, air conditioning, or refrigeration industries is an advantage
