About Us:
De Goey Contractors (DGC) is a recognized leader in fabrication, protective coating, process piping, installation, and various aspects of coal mining, terminal maintenance projects, port maintenance, manufacturing, and labour hire.
We’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Accounts team.
The Role
This is a full-time position based in Paget with an immediate start available. You’ll be responsible for:
- Accurate accounts payable data entry and processing
- End-of-month reconciliations and reporting
- Assisting with purchasing procedures
- Providing general accounts support as required
What You’ll Bring
- Advanced accounts payable experience (data entry, reconciliations, EOM procedures)
- Strong MYOB skills (AccountRight preferred)
- Solid understanding of accounting processes
- Good Excel skills and confidence with digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Knowledge of purchasing processes (desirable)
- Qualifications in Financial Services (desirable but not essential)
