Allclass is a proudly family-owned, Queensland-born Kubota dealership with over 30 years of success. As an authorised Kubota 5-star dealer, we supply and support premium construction equipment across the state — and we’re continuing to grow with the addition of Merlo Telehandlers to our product range.

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Townsville Branch and help drive our Construction Equipment (CE) sales.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role where you will be responsible for growing market share across Kubota Construction Equipment and Merlo Telehandlers.

You’ll manage your own sales pipeline, build strong customer relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs — from first enquiry through to after-sales support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming enquiries and converting leads into sales

• Proactively generating new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Visiting customers on-site and building long-term relationships

• Conducting product demonstrations and customer information sessions

• Attending trade shows and industry events

• Providing after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Maintaining accurate sales records and working towards sales targets and KPIs

• Collaborating with Parts and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is driven, personable, and commercially savvy, with a passion for delivering results.

You will have:

• Proven experience in sales (equipment, machinery, automotive, or similar highly regarded)

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Confidence in prospecting and generating new business opportunities

• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work towards targets

• Solid negotiation and closing skills

• High level of organisation and time management

• A proactive and resilient approach to sales

Highly desirable:

• Experience selling construction equipment or similar machinery

• Knowledge of Kubota or telehandler products
