Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with hiring leaders to identify, source, and manage end-to-end hiring activities. This involves defining specific roles, locations, and functional areas, as well as scanning competitive activities in the region and determining hiring potential from key universities.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategy, and stakeholder management. They will also be able to represent our brand in external forums, develop and implement round-the-year engagement initiatives, and provide inputs to the branding team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying most effective sourcing channels, including postings on various job sites and understanding the best way to source for respective requirements. You will also lead senior-level hiring programs, position roles appropriately to candidates, and develop niche hiring programs to attract talent from premier institutions.
Your strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability will enable you to deliver best-in-class candidate experiences and resolve conflicts effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in Recruitment in an agency environment or internal, preferably within similar industry (Information Technology)
* Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
* Recruitment experience in graduate hiring is preferred but if you bring experience across hiring in sales, corporate, and IT hiring we would like to hear from you
* Strong sourcing strategy experience including proactive sourcing
* Experience of working with different sourcing platforms
* Experienced with stakeholder management and managing difficult conversations
