Your Role
You will be working directly under our Home Care Manager, supporting our clients to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings.
* Assisting clients with daily activities such as getting up and ready for the day, shopping, meal preparation, and medication management.
* Accompanying clients to appointments and providing companionship and support to pursue their hobbies and interests.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a compassionate and reliable individual who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
* A warm and caring nature, with excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a positive and practical attitude.
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
* A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Requirements
All applicants will undergo background checks, including Professional References, Police check, proof of right to work lawfully in Australia, and current year flu vaccinations.
Please note that access to a registered, insured vehicle is preferred but not essential.
