As a Facilities Management Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Facility Management Services Team by maintaining and managing the Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system, scheduling maintenance tasks, and ensuring asset data accuracy. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be working closely with a professional team dedicated to maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
As a Facilities Management Administrator in the Facility Management Services Team, you'll make a positive impact by:
- Assisting with the management and maintenance of the CAFM system to ensure accurate asset data.
- Scheduling and coordinating planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Supporting the supervision of subcontractors to ensure compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
- Assisting with performance monitoring, audits, and reporting to improve efficiency.
- Maintaining and updating the Asset Information Model to industry standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance facility management processes and cost efficiencies.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in facility management support. (Desirable)
- Strong administrative skills, including compiling correspondence and statistical data.
- Experience using SAP and Computer Aided Facilities Management systems (desired).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines efficiently.
