Behaviour Support Practitioner Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with diverse disabilities and needs, providing support that promotes their well-being and quality of life. Your role will involve meeting with clients to understand their goals, wants and needs, collaborating with their support teams, gathering data through assessments and observations, and developing and implementing behaviour support plans.

No day is ever the same as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. One morning you could be out in the community delivering support to clients, and in the afternoon conducting assessments or developing behaviour support plans in an office setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or a related field.
* Experience working with individuals with diverse disabilities and needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with behaviour support principles and practices.
