Civil Engineering Draftsperson Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Review and interpret complex engineering drawings, provide support to supervisors and the project manager with day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders on-site, supervise maintenance and repair works as required.
* Utilize AutoCAD and Microsoft Office to prepare documentation and design updates, assist with quality control, project reporting, and compliance requirements.
Requirements & Skills
* Thorough understanding of civil/structural engineering principles, minimum Diploma level qualification or equivalent in Civil Construction/Civil Engineering.
* Strong ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Minimum of 1 year relevant industry experience, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (site not accessible via public transport).
