About the Role – Casual Front-of-House All-Rounder
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality all-rounders, available for 20+ casual hours per week, to support our bar, bistro, gaming and customer service operations.
This role includes:
Bar service, floor service and customer engagement
Gaming room support (Keno, TAB, GFR Pro)
Cash handling
Maintaining venue presentation and service standards
Upholding gaming compliance and RSA requirements
Working across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

About You
Essential
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Reliable, trustworthy and positive attitude
Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced venue
Preferred
Basic Gaming Certificate
Experience in a gaming room environment
Bartending skills
Keno, TAB or GFR Pro experience
Strong cash-handling skills
Well-organised and able to work under pressure
Quick learner with initiative and enthusiasm
