Job Title: Personal Injury Lawyer
The Role requires a skilled legal professional to manage case files, represent clients in various settings, and build strong client relations. Key responsibilities include efficient case management, client consultation, legal documentation, team collaboration, and settlement negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple case files simultaneously.
* Represent clients in WorkCover, District Court conferences, and other relevant legal proceedings.
* Build strong client relationships through initial consultations and ongoing support.
* Prepare, file, and manage legal documents pertinent to courts and WorkCover proceedings.
* Collaborate with legal support staff, offering guidance and support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-5 years of post-admission experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law practice or defendant insurance law practice.
* Strong advocacy abilities, particularly in WorkCover and District Court settings.
* Excellent skills in managing multiple case files simultaneously.
* A commitment to delivering strong and compassionate legal service to injured victims.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new technological tools and systems and evolving legislative and procedural changes.
