We are seeking a hands-on marketing professional who is ready to take the next step in their career by joining the dynamic local arm of a global recruitment agency. As part of Brunel's Australasian Marketing Team, you will play an integral role in the creation and management of a wide range of outputs spanning our websites, digital marketing channels, advertising, eDMs, internal comms/culture-building and more. The right person for this role will have a firm grasp of marketing fundamentals, 2+ years' post-graduate experience, a flair for graphic design, confidence in the skills they've honed so far and a hunger to learn and build upon those abilities further.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership and drive engagement on Brunel Australasia's well-established digital channels while also working across a wide range of other marketing areas. You will work closely with the Australasia region's Marketing Manager and Written Content Specialist, with access to a wealth of global marketing resources and experts from Brunel's international network.
**About this role**
- Oversee the company's social media accounts and online engagement (organic & paid)
- Provide graphic design for a wide range of outputs including advertisements, eDMs, digital, print, sales and recruitment materials
- Create, publish and manage content on Brunel's websites and intranet
- Support the strategic and emerging marketing needs of the organisation's recruitment and business development areas + global stakeholders
- Support the organisation's internal communications and culture-building initiatives
**About you**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing
- Flair for design and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc
- Knowledge of social media and digital platforms
