Job Description
The Permanency Support Program involves providing foster care and therapeutic services to children and young people in out-of-home care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload effectively and meet individual targets.
* Develop, implement, and review individual case plans to address the emotional, social, behavioural, developmental, and educational needs of children and young people.
* Safeguard the wellbeing of children and young people and report any concerns immediately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in social work or a relevant field.
* Demonstrated experience in casework practice, preferably in Out-of-Home-Care.
* Proven ability to work with children and young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
