**City Venue Management are currently recruiting for Lifeguards & Duty Managers at new Milne Bay & Highfields Aquatic Centres!**

**Key Requirements for Lifeguards & Duty Managers**
- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude!
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Current CPR
- Current First Aid
- Current Pool Lifeguard
**Lifeguarding Duties**:
- High-level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment
- Provide clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic setting is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standards
- Willing and able to provide First Aid/CPR if required and incident reporting
- Water testing, general cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance duties
**Duty Manager Duties**:
- Lead, manage and inspire team on shift with a positive, can-do attitude
- First point of contact for staff on shift
- Open and clear communication between you and the team
- Ensure the safety, health and well-being of all patrons within our facilities
- Administration and financial adhoc tasks
- Ability to work proactively, multitask and work well under pressure
