**The role**:
The Marketing Executive plans and supports Bentleys Queensland (QLD, SC, Emerald) marketing, communications and BD initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager and Partners (where specific projects are concerned), the Marketing Executive works with all teams and service lines to assist in coordination and implementation of initiatives. This role will champion, support and strengthen the Bentleys brand within the market.
This role covers the full spectrum of marketing and communications in a professional services environment and requires initiative and innovation to get the job done. Leading the small team, the Marketing Executive will use best practice marketing tactics to meet the needs of Bentleys' stakeholders. This role also works collaboratively with the wide Bentleys Network to assist in national campaigns.
These are some of the things you'll do:
- Marketing communications - writing, editing, publishing, and distributing communications across EDMs (Mailchimp), website content, marketing collateral, social media, print publications, and more
- Collaborating with other Bentleys offices to contribute to national marketing campaigns
- Planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives and tactics - including coordinating project plans, scheduling and executing tasks, meeting deadlines, managing stakeholders
- Creating collateral, video, and other brand assets - using Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop) and marcomms tools/subscriptions such as Filmora and Canva
- Updating and developing the website (WordPress)
- Managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Sponsorship and stakeholder management - including responsibility for sponsorship deliverables and ROI, relationship development with sponsored organisation/event, reporting
- Involvement in major marketing projects, including marketing planning
- Overseeing the management of responses to enquiries received via digital and other channels
- Measuring performance of digital marketing and online campaigns (Google Analytics, Social media insights, Mailchimp metrics)
- Planning and managing events - end-to-end, in-person and online, external and internal
- Preparing tenders, proposals, capability statements, presentations, CVs, case studies
- Knowledge sharing - with internal team and with clients, prospects, stakeholders
- Budget development, management and reporting
**About you**:
You have 4 - 5 years' experience working within a busy marketing team in a coordinator role. You've got a team focus and you communicate with confidence to establish and grow professional relationships across a range of stakeholder. You're an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects and comfortably manage your deadlines.
You've got a passion for brand building. You're able to develop and deliver engaging content, presentations and messages that resonate with the audience. You're known for your innovation, flair for expression and taking the initiative to be one step ahead.
**Essential Qualifications / Experience**:
- Tertiary qualifications in business related degree with major in marketing (or relevant discipline)
- Very strong writing and editing skills; recent event planning/management experience.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
